Below is a table showing the delivery charges, only zones 2, 3 and 4 incur an additional delivery charge. If your postcode is not shown then delivery is free!
Please note that the delivery charge is applied to each pallet or half pallet ordered. Orders over 1 pallet will be charged the appropriate cost per half or full pallet. For example 60 bags delivered to zone 2 on a economy delivery will incur a delivery cost of £27 (1 full pallet and 1 half pallet).

Delivery chargesWhen ordering from our site in most cases the prices you see include free delivery to most of the mainland UK. However, certain area's do incur delivery charges.
When placing your order you have the option of choosing Economy (3-4 day delivery) or next day delivery. Orders being place for next day delivery must be placed by 1.30pm. We currently do not offer Saturday delivery, so orders placed on the Friday for next day delivery will be delivered on the following Monday.
The delivery charge will vary depending upon how many bags are ordered, for example if you live in zone 2 and order 20 bags for economy delivery the charge would be £9.
Delivery conditions
All products are delivered on pallets in which case lorries are used and a curb side delivery only can be guaranteed. The pallets are removed from the vehicle by person with a pallet truck and tail lift from the vehicle. We are not able to lift pallets over obstacles such as fences etc. Please be aware that the pallets can be heavy and difficult to move so surfaces need to be free of obstruction and level.
We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows. It is not possible to move pallets over loose surfaces so please check before ordering. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.

The consumer has a cooling-off period of 7 working days in which to cancel the order. The cooling-off period commences the day after the goods are received by the consumer.
Any cancellation of the order shall be made in writing to M J Giddings Farm produce Ltd within the cooling-off period.
The consumer has a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The consumer will be entitled to a full refund for the goods, however any goods returned to the supplier will be at the consumer's expense or at a charge not exceeding the direct delivery or haulage costs.
